We rarely receive requests for support or help, but occasionally there are questions. You can ask us anything about the products via email or phone (1-828-280-5854) and we will be glad to help free of charge. The screens are quite intuitive in both programs and the “Help” files are very extensive in the higher end program. In addition, we send a “Quick Start” sheet with both programs.
The most asked question is how to email the casting report to your client. All castings can be saved and printed, but the Saved format is unusual. A third party file conversion program is needed if you want to use email to send the report to your customers. We will be happy to send you the information on that aspect if you need it.
